1. To close monitor staff performance.
2. To implement effective list management in order to achieve monthly target.
3. To achieve 100% coverage on the territory list.
4. To implement effective prospect management and outlook process.
5. To implement disciplined sales activities.
6. To effectively implement intergrated account reviews process for major General Accounts and to attain account retention and market penetration objectives.
7. To sustain market leader positions in all products and lane segments.
8. To implement customer First strategy and to facilitate role model behaviors amongst team members.

The Qualification,

1.University degree. Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience in global logistics field.
2.Proven experience in leading a sales team.
3.Well-versed with the latest information technologies.
